Hi, I'm Paul.
I’m a leadership coach and strategic consultant for impact businesses and individuals changing the world. For 30+ years, I have applied my strategic, entrepreneurial, problem-solving and mindfulness skills towards leading change for individuals, communities and the planet.
I’m focusing this next phase of my life around supporting changemakers, through coaching and mindfulness practices - and ultimately... retreats in nature. I’m currently enrolled in a 2 year program at University of California, Berkeley on meditation and mindfulness. The program culminates in a series of practicums - where we start teaching these ancient skills. Given my deep work history in this space, my 35 years of meditation practice, keen interest in neuroscience and my own personal journey, I feel I have something to share.
"I now engage in mindfulness in a way that makes sense to me."
“Paul's integrity, openness and ability to guide were most effective.”
“I found myself being more attentive.”
“Very effective. Very engaging.”
