One week before the workshop. That gives you a few days to do the pre-work, and me a few days to shape it into something great for you. Spots can’t be held without payment, so don’t cut it fine.

Each workshop is capped at ten companies. Every company gets up to three seats. It is better to have one or two people to bounce ideas off. You’ll get better ideas, diversity of opinions, and far more clarity when you’ve got a few brains in the mix. But if it’s just you, it will still work. 

Larger companies or publicly listed companies tend to prefer the privacy of their own room and Greg focused exclusively on them. However, any business, from startups to non-profits to established businesses, will greatly benefit from the workshop. If you’ve got customers and a story to tell, it works.

For the US and Singapore it’s US$4,450. And in Australia it’s AU$4,950. The cost is per company, not per person. It’s the same cost whether you’re one or three people.

You’ll have time to meet other great people in the room - coffee breaks and lunch are built in. 

It’s best to bring your key decision-makers: e.g., founder/CEO, marketing lead, brand manager. Participants should be capable of implementing or at least deciding on messaging. Most importantly, people who understand your audience.

You’ll only have space to work on one brand in the workshop. If you’re all focused on the same master brand, then great. But if you’ve got multiple brands, you’ll need to book multiple spots. One table, one story. Otherwise it gets confusing, fast.

If you sign up and then can’t make it, you’ve got two options: 1) Get a full refund—just let us know at least 7 days before the workshop. 2) Or transfer your seat to someone else on your team. Inside 7 days, we’ve already done the pre-work on your business - so no refunds, but we’ll do our best to be flexible where we can.
